With my Digital Communications major, I have given myself a strong foundation in general media, project management, social media strategy, and storytelling. My associates of art degree gave me a strong base to grow from. I hope to use these to showcase my choreography and art online as well.

My special interests include social media, content creation, photography, and video editing. I have worked on several projects to develop social media platforms both independently as well as in group settings. I have also been behind the scenes on professional photoshoots and film sets. From these experiences, I have learned many skills such as project management, content creation/planning, and communication to reach deadlines.

As a media student, I have an eye for art and creativity and my figure skating and dance background has only helped. I love creating stories and capturing the audience’s attention. I thrive in high-pressure environments. Competing and perfoming in front of hundreds or even thousands of people from a young age taught me how to manage stress and be goal-oriented.

My goal is to pursue a career as a choreographer while working in digital media on the side for my own personal brand as well as collaborate with other companies. I would love to inspire others to follow their dreams and use media and art to tell the stories that words alone might not be able to express.
